This apartment is a true studio apartment. It has everything you need including a fridge and stove. Please note there is not a separate bedroom. It's one room for your living and bedroom. Very charming and cozy and a great little spot.

There is a $75 bill back for utilities that include water/sewer/trash/heating and cooling, tenants must also put electric in their own name.
